Who is Blackout Collective?

Our mission is exposing institutional corruption, bringing accountability to those who abuse their power and ensuring that the voices of the oppressed are heard.

Blackout Collective formed in the digital underground—a network of hackers, misfits, and truth-seekers who refuse to ignore the corruption festering in society’s hidden corners. We’ve made it our mission to expose the injustices powerful institutions work hard to keep buried. We aren’t driven by profit or recognition; we are here for one reason: to see justice served, no matter the cost.

We are a collective of operatives, each with a distinct skill set. Whether cracking codes, infiltrating networks, or exposing institutional corruption, we stand united in our pursuit of the truth. We don’t follow the rules of the corrupt systems we aim to dismantle—we rewrite them. Our operations are covert, our methods unconventional, but our mission is crystal clear: exposing institutional corruption and tearing down the walls of secrecy that protect the guilty while silencing the innocent.

Unparalleled is the groups's founder and the driving force behind Blackout Collective’s operations. His expertise in encryption and decryption ensures that all internal communications remain protected. When it comes to the leaked documents from Dayspring Correctional Institution, he’s the one who cracks the toughest codes, uncovering the hidden truths buried within.

Data Miner

Glitch is the mastermind at digging through mountains of data to uncover patterns, anomalies, and connections others might miss. He’s the one who scours the leaked files, emails, and memos from DCI, piecing together the puzzle and exposing the corruption lurking within the prison’s walls. His ability to make sense of complex data is key to unraveling the deeper truths hidden in the system.

Infiltrator

Spectre is a master at breaking into secure networks without leaving a trace. She’s the one responsible for the initial breach into DCI’s systems, gaining access to confidential files and ensuring Blackout Collective can continue to monitor the prison’s operations. Her expertise plays a critical role in exposing institutional corruption, revealing the secrets that the powerful try to keep locked away.

Mutz is an expert at manipulating human behavior to gather intelligence. They manage the human side of hacking, persuading insiders to leak information or throwing false leads at those who might disrupt Blackout Collective’s mission. Their skills are key in gathering firsthand accounts and testimonies from those within DCI, using personal connections and strategic influence to further the group’s objectives.

Comms

PanamaJak is responsible for all of Blackout Collective's internal and external communications, ensuring messages are encrypted and distributed securely. They handle public statements, like the manifesto, and oversee the strategic release of sensitive information to the public. Their role is crucial in keeping the Collective’s voice unified and its operations discreet.

Dev

Null is the collective's lead coder and exploit developer, creating the custom tools and scripts that give us continuous access to secure systems. She’s the architect behind the backdoors that allow Blackout Collective to monitor DCI’s network activity, even after the facility’s public closure. Her technical expertise ensures we remain one step ahead, undetected, and fully in control of our digital footholds.
