Dayspring Correctional Institution

DCI LogoEstablished in the early 1960s as a means to alleviate overcrowding in the Vermont state prison system, DCI was intended to be a state-of-the-art correctional facility focused on rehabilitation and humane treatment of inmates.

Over the decades, it has become a breeding ground for corruption, misconduct, and heinous medical and psychological experiments on its population.

Dayspring: Exposed

Manifesto

We are Blackout Collective, and we stand against the corruption and inhumanity rampant within Dayspring Correctional. For too long, those in power have abused their positions, exploiting and tormenting the vulnerable. Our mission is to expose these injustices and hold the perpetrators accountable.

What We Know

  • Bribery and Corruption: Officials are taking bribes to overlook violations and manipulate outcomes to their benefit.
  • Violence and Abuse: Inmates are subjected to brutal violence and abuse, both physical and psychological, often sanctioned by higher-ups.
  • Inhumane Experiments: Prisoners are being used as guinea pigs in unethical experiments without their consent.
  • Cover-Ups: Incidents of abuse and misconduct are systematically covered up, with falsified reports and intimidation tactics.
  • Neglect: Medical and mental health needs of inmates are grossly neglected, leading to unnecessary suffering and deaths.
  • Illegal Deals: Illicit deals and trades are rampant within the prison, benefiting the corrupt while exploiting the inmates.

Our Pledge

Over the next few months, we will release a series of secret documents and files that reveal the full extent of these horrors. These leaks will shine a light on the darkness within Dayspring Correctional Institution, exposing the truth and demanding justice.

To the victims: we hear you. To the perpetrators: your time of reckoning is near. We are Blackout Collective, and we will not rest until real justice is served.
